Typically within 24 hours of your estimate appointment, the estimator will send via e-mail. If you agree to the estimate, you must sign the contract electronically or physically. The next step will be to leave the deposit and provide us with a clean, legible, complete copy of your property survey via e-mail.

Credit and Debit Cards will have an additional 3% Processing Fee added to the total amount.

Once you have signed your contract and left your deposit, we will require a copy of your property survey so we can mark it for your HOA approval letter. Customers who live in an HOA community will be E-mailed all the documents required to apply for your HOA approval letter by our office. You are responsible for applying to your HOA for the fence/shutter installation. Once approved, you must provide us with the HOA approval letter from your HOA to be able to move forward with your project.

Customers are allowed to pull their own permits or contact us to process your permit for a fee. Note that the Permit with the City/County are additional fees. The City/County usually takes approximately 4 to 8 weeks to respond or release the permit. We have no control over this.

Once we have a copy of your HOA approval letter and the permit in hand, we will place your name on our installers scheduling board, and our project manager will notify you with a tentative installation date.

Contracts with no permit required are scheduled upon the availability of materials... typically 1 to 2 weeks.

The customer is responsible for being READY on the day of installation by cleaning out the property line, clearing of shrubs, and removing trees. Our installers CANNOT install your fence if there are obstacles left in the way. There will be $500 additional to your invoice if we need to return to your property due to non-removal of obstructions.

Install dates are tentative due to the weather.

The final payment is due upon the completion of your fence installation. If the permit amount is still pending it will be collected at a later date.
